I got my braces off! Laguna Beach Portrait photographer

Something about kids from age 11-14 really makes me smile!  Sometimes they are shy, or kind of reserved in the beginning, but in no time they are dancing around and showing me their “sassy” look, their smolder, their giggle and of course their big smile.  Lots of these kids have been coming to Blue Sky’s since I was dressed as Snow White and hosting their birthday parties!  Lots of them are getting their braces off and I am the first one to capture their new perfect smile.  Here is a sneak peak of one of my favorite cuties!  Thanks so much to her beautiful mommy for bringing her in for her own personal styled photography session!

What a pleasure to watch so many beautiful kids grow up into fabulous young adults! I feel blessed to be in the lives of so many amazing families. Here are two really great girls who I have had the pleasure of traveling with and photographing for several years now. They just get more and more beautiful on the inside and out!

 

San Juan Capistrano Family Photography: Meet the Fusillos

Three years or so ago I ran one of our most popular promotions at Blue Sky’s, Portfolio Editorial Sessions.  You are all probably familiar with my January and February portfolio updating.  I come up with some really fun ideas and you let me borrow your families and kids to make the ideas come to life.  Well, it is kind of old school these days, but three years ago the sofa in a field was rarely seen.  I had Sriti Fusillo call me and tell me she really wanted to do an “over the top” family session with the sofa in the field, complete with fabulous shoes and gorgeous kiddos.  I was in….. 3 years later she is our fabulous graphic artist and marketing guru and I get to be inspired by her family on a regular basis.  So without further delay, the Fusillo family modeling in “Mellow Yellow”!
