Can you believe that I have been photographing the Hahn family for almost 9 years!  In fact, their oldest daughter had one of the first birthday parties at Blue Sky’s Salon and Studio.  Now these kids are almost all grown up.  Their parents should be really proud as they are such sweet kids!  I had such a great time hanging out with them and meeting their cute puppy.  I think their Dad needs to come over and give my dog a few pointers as he is an excellent trainer.  Anyway, I hope you enjoy the images!  I just LOVE this time of year.

These fabulous little legs are thanks to Huggalugs warmers.  Kasey invited a few friends over, we set up a studio and had lots of fun with Kaiya Eve Pettiskirts and Huggalugs (click on the links to visit their sites) warmers.  I love the bright colors and funky designs!  Enjoy!

Wow, I am really behind on blogging!  One of my favorite families visits every year and gets their family portrait taken.  Their kiddos are gorgeous, but really tough to get to sit still.  Sooooo, in Blue Sky’s style, we just chase them around with the camera and let them do their thing.  I sure hope Mom and Dad had an extra set of clothes in the car, cause we got really wet!  Enjoy!

I am so inspired by fashion photography!  That is why I love shooting high school seniors.  It is so fun to create portraits that look like they came straight off the pages of Elle Magazine!  This beautiful girl could model, which is even better.  I have photographed her brother a few times, and he is a character, but this is the first time I met her!  We had so much fun in Laguna Beach and the day was perfect.  Anna and I just could not stop shooting!  Even on our way to the car, we found more great spots that we just HAD to use in the session.  My favorite images are in the water.  She was such a great sport.  Enjoy!

As most of you know, I LOVE all things Kaiya Eve.  Kandi, the owner, has amazing style and is a woman who like myself, LOVES vintage anything.  Anna and I, with lots of help, put together a wonderland inspired set in the middle of my favorite field.  We lugged all this colorful stuff out into the middle of nowhere and crossed our fingers that it would all look great once it was set up.  Well, we were not disappointed.  I am officially in LOVE with this shoot.  From the unbelievably stylish clothes from Kaiya Eve (click on the link to visit her website), to the way the candy looked on the table, to all of the beautiful models, I think it was one great, big, fat success.  Enjoy the sneak-peek.  More to come.
