Wow, this holiday season is turning out to be our busiest by far!  We are so grateful to everyone for supporting Blue Sky’s this holiday season.  I am doing my best to blog as many images as possible.   I am sure you will notice that I am not blogging as many images as usual per session.  This is so I can get to everyone!

Well here is another gorgeous little guy!  What a joy he was to photograph!  We got off to a slightly rocky start as the waves were really big, and the sun was really bright.  He was a little nervous about the water, but once we got started he was just great.   He told me some great stories and showed me how high he could jump off a rock!  We ended the shoot with a beautiful sunset.  Enjoy!

It feels like I haven’t been around SJC for a while now, but last Sunday I did both my immediate family shoot and this fabulous family immediately after.  I have to admit, I may love these even better than my own family portraits.   I am obsessed with converse sneakers on boys, especially black, and this little guy delivered.  He was full of smiles and lots of fun.  My favorite part was the tree, and him showing me his Marshall Arts moves in the leaves.  Thanks so much for coming out to play!

What do you do with 4 kids, two dogs, two footballs, Mom and Dad and a 19 year old supervisor?  Take awesome, fun beach portraits of course.  I love this family, We had a great time running after the wet pups and trying to avoid getting wet ourselves.   I have watched these kids grow up and Mom and Dad should be really proud!  Not only are the kids gorgeous, but they are so sweet as well.  Thanks for coming out to play in the surf with me!  Enjoy!

Wow, the weather over the last two months has been anything but typical!  You would think October would be the perfect month for an outdoor wedding in California, unless the year is 2010!  Aimee & Tom informed me that come rain or shine, they were still having their ceremony outside.  Anna and I geared up with umbrellas for over our cameras, but fortunately the rain stopped before the sunset ceremony.  While we unfortunately did not get a beautiful sunset, the overcast weather made the wedding look romantic and dreamy!  I LOVED the rolling hills and fields in the background.  Aimee’s mom did an unbelievable job making her yard look magical.  Overall it was a lovely evening.  Thank you so much for including us!

Finally after lots of scheduling and rescheduling we got my parent’s photography session completed!  Before I show any portraits, I have to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Denyse Angus for styling the photography session!  She is awesome and has incredible taste!   I love all of the layers in the clothing, I love the hats, I love the boots, I just love the entire look

Thanks to everyone involved with helping my vision for the shoot come to life.  I hope you enjoy the images Mom and Dad!
