Happy New Year From Blue Skys!
Happy New Year from all of us at Blue Sky’s Studio! It is that time to set intentions to create an amazing New Year for 2020.
Call me a nerd, but I actually get excited about the beginning of the year. Goal setting is my jam and I love to dream about new possibilities for my business, my friendships, my personal life and fitness and health goals for the New Year. After the busy holiday season of photographing so many families, events, commercial sessions and branding sessions, I need to take the few weeks around Christmas to recharge and regroup. Not to mention spending time with this family of mine.
Looking back on 2019, I am so grateful that it brought some amazing new people into the Blue Sky’s family, including Lily, our fantastic photography assistant, editor, storyteller and soon to be second shooter. Brittany went from working with us as a professional makeup artist and hairstylist, to managing the studio, handling reveal sessions and continuing to provide amazing hair and makeup services. We now have three professional makeup artists, with Rachael continuing to share her talent and Kristin (not me, but another one) joining our team as a makeup artist. Finally, the extremely talented Rebekah provided video services last year that took the portrait experience to a whole new level. I am grateful to each of these beautiful ladies for creating an amazing experience for our clients and making Blue Sky’s such a fun place to work.

For 2020, we are taking our services a step further, by adding personal shopping as an option for families that want help pulling all our their outfits together and making sure everyone looks and feels their very best. We are also adding some amazing new products to our wall art line (like the ultra high definition acrylic print) and upgrading our very popular albums.
For 2020, I wish you and your families peace, love and prosperity. I am grateful for another wonderful year and I am looking forward to seeing all of the amazing things that will happen in the upcoming year.
