There is nothing cozier than shooting newborn babies in their own home environment!  Especially when the home is as “yummy” as this gorgeous one!  Do you think Mama would notice if Anna and I snuck and and borrowed that unbelievable trunk every once in a while?  Big brother was an expert at snuggling his new brother.  Thanks for opening your home to Anna and me!

What can I say about this beautiful group of gals, and of course, Eugene!  They are always up for anything and, I swear, their Mama must train them, cause they are great at modeling!  So, guess who the Mom is in the portrait…… I know, it almost impossible to tell.  I HEART my couch and I can’t believe it has taken me three months to get it out into the park.  It is exactly as I thought it would be… fantastic.  Thanks Stacey.  Enjoy!

Some of my very favorite people made the drive up last week for a fun family session at the beach!  I was so happy to see these guys, as it has been a few years and I was really missing them.  I can’t believe how quick the kids have grown (they are very close in age to my kiddos).   It was cold, cold, cold for this session, but I kind of like the moodiness of the overcast sky and the warm clothes makes it feel more like a winter session.  We ended the evening in almost complete darkness by Darron and Diina’s very cool van!  A big thank you to them for letting us use it in the session!

Well, crazy me, in the middle of our holiday season I went off to Austin for a football game with my husband & kids.  I didn’t have to worry, cause Anna did an excellent job holding down the fort and taking some really spectacular images of Blue Sky’s clients.  The Riding family met Anna down at the beach in Laguna.  They had a beautiful evening, including a great sunset!  This is truly a beautiful family and I am sorry I missed out on the session!  Enjoy.

Here is the first post with my new love seat!  I think it goes perfectly with the field background.  We were able to shoot here all day last Friday and we got some beautiful images.  The Smith family was so easy!  We snuck their “mighty dog” back there for a few quick shots.  Their daughter even played for us….. it was great!  Enjoy!
