Irvine Regional Park Session: Laguna Beach Photographer

I feel like I am always saying, “the BEST thing about my job is…….”, but I can’t help it! There are lots of great things about my job! So, one of the best things about my job is seeing the same kiddos and families year after year and feeling like I am a part of their family. Take this beautiful girl, for example, I think we have been taking her birthday portraits since she was two years old! Now we laugh when Mom say “wait, I just need to brush your hair one more time” or “open your eyes when you smile!” :) She has blossomed into such a sweet and fun gal and we had a great time goofing around in the park! Thanks for always making these sessions loads of fun for me! Enjoy!

Brittany & Andrew: Laguna Beach Wedding Photography

I fell in love with this couple almost two years ago during their engagement session. Brittany is beautiful and one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Andy is an amazing guy and totally in love with Brittany. In fact, I think the first sparks flew between these two in 5th grade and they have been together ever since. Needless to say, I was so excited that their wedding day planned by An All Inclusive Event had finally arrived. Brittany is not only a hottie, but she is also a talented designer. She redesigned her wedding dress as well as designed all of the dresses for the bridesmaids. Take one look at Brittany’s Mommy and you can see that good looks definitely run in this family. The wedding day was just fabulous, but my favorite part of the whole celebration was watching Brittany and her twin brother perform their sibling dance. Seriously, these two can really get down! Jessica and Russ’s casual beach front wedding: Newport Beach Photographer

Today I am definitely catching up with all the beautiful bride’s and groom’s I have been working with this summer. Jessica and Russ are an amazing couple. They just moved into a beautiful new home while they planned this casual ocean front wedding with close friends and family. What I love about Jessica and Russ is they were really about celebrating each other with all their loved ones. They did have the world’s shortest ceremony, but that was to make sure they could have fun and enjoy the day with plenty of dancing and good cheer. Russ was a great sport, because it was sooo hot and he still agreed to cuddled up with Jesssica! Much love to both these two and ENJOY!

Sarah and Shawn: Laguna Beach Wedding Photography

The day started just a little gloomy and we feared perhaps the rain would come in….but by the afternoon, true to May Gray’s form, the sun was breaking through the clouds. The great news for both Sarah and Shawn was that the overcast light was a perfect compliment to the bright colors they chose for their wedding at Laguna Village. Not to mention that everyone looks beautiful in wedding photographs that are taken in soft, even light! Sarah’s two boys helped her get ready and fussed about as if they were the parents for the day. Sarah, surrounded by her friends and adoring parents, looked beautiful. Shawn, although a little nervous, was beaming. Emily and I really enjoyed the beautiful day… topped off by a crazy good dance from Sarah’s son and Mom! Enjoy!

Stickney Family Urban Session- Orange County Children’s photography

The first warm, sunshiny day of the year, we headed down to old town Orange with this troop of super cute girls. Oh, and we brought Dad along too! Mom was ready with a suitcase full of new clothes and the girls agreed to model for lollipops…… so we headed off around town. We discovered a few new funky spots as well as revisited some of my favorites. All in all, we had a great time and at the end of the session, I waved goodbye as they headed out on a car trip! Enjoy!
