San Juan Capistrano Family Session

When I say family, I really mean family!  This is my brother’s family.  His in-laws were visiting all the way from Moscow, Russia.   We had been meaning to update his family photography for over a year now.  Although I shoot all the kids on a regular basis, it is hard to nail down by brother and his wife, Svetlana.  I am so glad we were able to have Svetlana’s parents be a part of the session.  The last time I saw them was at my brother’s wedding (14 or so years ago).  The amazing thing is, that they look almost exactly the same.  Those Russian winters must be good for the skin :)!   Anyway, I know I am bias, but I think their family is gorgeous.  Enjoy!

My sweet niece is great at the pouty look.  I love those full lips! This is more like it!   The family with “Attitude”!  This is what I mean when I say, act sassy! If you know me, you know I am passionate about what I do!  Sometimes, it is tough for me to pull myself away from work and just hang with my gals.  Well, when one of my best gals, Patience, invited me to a girls only day at a Disneyland, complete with lunch at Club 33, I decided, I was in.  First, let me point out, that Patience may be the only adult I know that is crazier about Disneyland than I am….. She had a permanent smile on her face from the moment we got there until she closed down the park.   And, Patience’s smile is contagious!   Patience’s birthday wish was to have lunch at the very exclusive Club 33!  Wow, was that place a photographer’s dream!  From the bathroom to the cool balcony, it was just fabulous.  And, I have to say that sipping champaign definitely enhanced the overall Disney experience.   Thanks so much for including me in the fun!  Enjoy:

San Juan Capistrano Family Portraits

After lots of scheduling and rescheduling this photography session, we finally got the whole family down to San Juan Capistrano!  I always love getting generational portraits and this was a great opportunity to get lots of family combinations.   I have not seen the two younger gals for a few years and it was great to have fun and be silly with the two of them.  Thanks so much to all of you for being patient with Anna and me as we walked all over San Juan.  Enjoy!

The Beautiful Dorn Girls

It is funny how you can know someone for a long time, but see them differently when you look at them through the lens!   I have always thought that these two gals are really beautiful, but I didn’t realize how truly stunning Diane’s daughter is until I started photographing her.   I know she could have a very successful career as a model if she is interested.   The best part about both of the Dorn girls is that they are genuinely really nice people.  Thanks so much to both of you for working with me!
