Over the years I have been involved in literally thousands of photography sessions.  Sometimes it is hard for me to recall the ones from several years ago, but a few stick out in my mind.  I worked with a beautiful young girl and her brother.  She was born to be in front of the camera.  The entire session I was laughing and loving all of her poses and moves.  I was sure that prior to the photography session she had a Vogue Magazine ear marked with every different “look” she wanted to achieve.  Fast forward 5 years to the Newport Fun Zone.  She and her beautiful Auntie booked a last minute sunset session.  Although the temperature was a little chilly, this little gal Rocked every look once again.   She is destine for super stardom and I am just so lucky that I will get to say “I knew her when she was just a little girl”!  Enjoy!

This is such a beautiful time of year to photograph in the fields around Laguna beach!  The light is golden and the trees are still lush.  The Maline family kids are also gorgeous so that definitely helps!  I was recently asked about what I am passionate about.  For me, of course, I love photography, but I also love fashion!  I really believe that clothing helps take a photograph from something ordinary to something extraordinary.  This family did such a fantastic job picking out the perfect style to compliment the surrounds.  I just look at these portraits and know that I am so happy to be doing what I love in life!  Enjoy!

My beautiful client Rashae came to me with the idea of having a wedding vow renewal ceremony celebrating a decade of marriage between she and her husband!  I loved the idea, especially when she started to describe all of the details and special touches she was going to include to make it a one of a kind event.  So another family member was just about to celebrate their 50 year wedding anniversary and the idea for a Decade and 1/2 Century party was born.  They had a lovely sunset ceremony on Monarch beach and we set up a super duper cute photo booth right on the beach for all the guests.  Thanks to Rashae we had a giant frame, frame hangers and darling wing back chairs for the set.  Everyone at the wedding jumped in and had a photo session.  When they returned to the house for cocktails and dancing, we had all the images printed and framed waiting for each guest.  Thank you so much to the Taylor family for including me and my crew!  We had a blast!  Enjoy!

Wow was all I could say when I met Hope and David at the Mission in San Juan Capistrano for their engagement session.  Seriously, they both look so fabulous and brought the perfect attire for every part of the Blue Sky’s engagement session.  We started out with some gorgeous romantic shots in the Mission.  We followed that up with wandering around the historic district.  There was literally 1oos of beautiful spots to photograph these two.  Doesn’t Hope’s makeup look fantastic!  Thanks to Berit from Makeup by Berit for doing such an awesome job!  I can’t wait for the wedding at Laguna Village by An All Inclusive Event, followed by the reception at The Hills hotel in Laguna Hills.  The best part of all is that they are going to follow up the ceremony with a Thrash the Dress session!  That’s right, Hope is going in the Ocean in her beautiful wedding dress!  Stay tuned and enjoy!

I fell in love with this couple almost two years ago during their engagement session.  Brittany is beautiful and one of the sweetest people I have ever met.  Andy is an amazing guy and totally in love with Brittany.  In fact, I think the first sparks flew between these two in 5th grade and they have been together ever since.  Needless to say, I was so excited that their wedding day planned by An All Inclusive Event had finally arrived.  Brittany is not only a hottie, but she is also a talented designer.  She redesigned her wedding dress as well as designed all of the dresses for the bridesmaids.  Take one look at Brittany’s Mommy and you can see that good looks definitely run in this family.  The wedding day was just fabulous, but my favorite part of the whole celebration was watching Brittany and her twin brother perform their sibling dance.   Seriously, these two can really get down!  Enjoy!
